Henriette has been in the relocation business since 2007 and knows exactly what it takes to make a move easy. Having lived abroad herself, she understands the challenges of relocating and loves helping clients settle in the Netherlands. With her large network and service-oriented approach, Henriette is always ready to go the extra mile to make every relocation as smooth as possible.
Cathinca grew up in various parts of the world, which gave her a deep understanding of the needs of families on the move. Having lived in Amsterdam, she knows the city inside and out. She has built a strong network, and her flexible, enthusiastic approach has been a huge asset in making relocations seamless. Cathinca’s passion for helping families settle comfortably shines through in everything she does.
With her extensive experience in international relocations, Claudia brings a wealth of knowledge to the team. Before joining SPOT, she worked at a multinational, handling work permits for employees on international assignments. Having collaborated with embassies and consular departments worldwide, she knows the challenges involved and is committed to making every relocation as smooth as possible. Claudia’s friendly and approachable nature ensures that your relocation will be a success.
Carlijn gained international experience living in the Middle East with her family, where she worked as a relocation manager for an international school in Oman. At SPOT, she’s the go-to person to help you find your dream home away from home. As a mother of three, Carlijn understands how important it is to find the perfect home when relocating with your family. With her passion for real estate and her enthusiasm, she’s excited to help you find the right SPOT to call home.

I have recently moved to Amsterdam for the second time. My career has taken me around the world, but it always feels great coming to Amsterdam, and a big part of that is about being well received. A few months ago my girlfriend and I relocated to the Netherlands. The company we were both working for in Singapore had a job opportunity for us in Amsterdam.
With the decision made to come to Amsterdam everything went very quickly. SPOT relocations took care of all the paper arrangements for getting a MVV Visa/Work Permit and Residence Permit. Also they helped us with the shipping of our personal belongings from Singapore to Amsterdam. Practically, they took care of everything so we could move to The Netherlands without worries about anything.

Two years ago, I moved to the Netherlands to study my MBA (Master of Business Administration). After graduation, I joined a Dutch consulting firm. I was told by everyone that I would not be eligible for the 30% tax ruling purely because I had studied in the Netherlands. This was very unpleasant for me, as I already had 10 years of management consulting experience, and the job was not offered to me merely because of my studies in the Netherlands.
I was lucky enough to get to know Henriette and share my problem with her. She approached my case in a very professional and rapid manner. Within a month, she managed to achieve the approval of my case from the Dutch tax authorities (Belastingdienst).
